Ingredients Research


Good products come from good ingredients. Based on this thinking, we at Pianta also take meticulous care with regard to our ingredients. We are in constant pursuit of delicious and healthy food, such as with an original mix of flour for great tasting, low-carb bread, or flavorful soy sauce that does not use amino acid.

Results and performance


MTK mix flour


In processing wheat, a consistently high-quality original flour mix is achieved, without wasting the husk. This flour is used as an ingredient for low-carb bread or confectionaries.

Aji no Honmaru


This soy sauce, used as a rice cracker flavoring, is barrel aged and is produced without the use of chemical seasonings. Its unique characteristic is the flavorful taste that wells up from the back of the tongue. This product was developed together with a maker of soy sauce that was founded over 310 years ago.

Flavorful salt


This flavored salt is made through a special production process, in which dietary salt is made to absorb natural flavoring extracts, such as from dried bonito shavings, kelp, or shiitake mushrooms, without the further addition of ground chemical seasonings. A clear aftertaste gives it excellent flavoring that is continuously refreshing.

Cherry blossom yeast


This yeast is made from the cherry blossoms of Tokyo’s historic Sakuragaoka Park. It is well suited to confectionaries, breads or other products that use a leavening function that brings out classical flavors.
